Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics and Transportation Professional to join our team as a 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels, and maintaining a high level of safety and security on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensure that all parcels are handled and stored safely and securely
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure that the vehicle is in good working order
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections

Requirements:

  • Valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry heavy items
