Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at The Peninsula London. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional treatments to our guests, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality treatments to guests, adhering to Peninsula standards and principles.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, recommending products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain the spa treatment rooms in immaculate condition, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Working knowledge of a spa within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Recognized international qualification in therapy, such as NVQ Levels, CIDESCO, deep tissue or Sports Massage accreditation.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service, with a strong attention to detail and a holistic approach to wellness.
