Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Client Partners in identifying potential candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and interest in available positions.
  • Facilitate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Develop expertise in sourcing high-caliber candidates within the life science strategy consulting sector.
  • Maintain precise and current candidate records within our CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a 360 or 180 recruitment role or relevant sales experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with both candidates and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
