At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
- Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to drive loyalty and retention
- Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
