Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction benchmarks.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure projects align with our core processes and high standards, maintaining operational integrity and excellence across all phases.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a dedicated team, managing all aspects of performance from daily operations to strategic development reviews.
• Safety and Compliance Oversight: Uphold stringent safety protocols and compliance standards, leading by example to promote a culture of safety and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experienced Professional: You have a solid track record in managing complex construction projects with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
• Strong Commercial Awareness: Your strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills help you to successfully navigate project challenges and drive business objectives.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent Level 3 Health and Safety qualification or above.
