Location: South London
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Rate: PAYE £24ph / PAYE Umbrella £30ph
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an exceptional individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, a vision for improvement and innovation, and an analytical mindset. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate and implement change throughout the workplace experience journey, demonstrating a hospitality mindset at all times.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Facilities Management Team and Client contacts to drive the workplace experience strategy.
- Manage and oversee the front of house team, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Coordinate the creation of initiatives, working with onsite teams to promote and plan activities.
- Manage and oversee all events activities on site, ensuring a seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Manage and oversee all meeting and room bookings onsite, ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues.
- Support the delivery of the One Team ethos.
- Liaise with other aspects of the FM Service delivery to enhance the workplace experience onsite.
- Develop and nurture business relationships with client contacts across the site, gaining insights into future requirements.
