About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to our Health and Safety management systems, with a focus on environmental aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and advice on health, safety, and environmental matters across the business
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring all site metrics and quality measures are updated accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, Environmental, and COSHH regulations throughout the site
  • Compile, implement, and maintain company HSE processes and systems
  • Monitor and control contractor and sub-contractor activity, ensuring necessary training is given and guidelines are adopted
  • Responsible for R.I.D.D.O.R reporting and managing relevant HSE systems documentation
Requirements
  • Proven track record in Health & Safety roles within the manufacturing sector
  • Experience in managing environmental systems is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in carrying out Risk assessments and COSHH Assessments
  • Ambitious and driven character
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site visits
