We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Advisor to join our team at HRLife Ltd. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering a best-in-class HR service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to employees on a range of issues, including maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, and bonus payments.
  • Support managers and employees with Workday and drive the use of self-service.
  • Ensure all template letters and forms are reviewed and updated as needed.
  • Support the delivery of TUPE administration processes.
  • Conduct Workday data audit checks.
  • Work closely with the reward team to capture legislation changes and provide support on pension administration.
  • Manage the retirement and probation process.
  • Oversee the leaver process, including exit interview calculations and settlement agreements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a UK HR team in a large global matrix business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
