Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Site Leader to oversee a residential refurbishment project focused on affordable housing. The successful candidate will work alongside a team to deliver new kitchens to a large number of properties over an extended period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all site activities for a planned refurbishment project, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to residents.
- Oversee the execution of works in occupied residences, maintaining high safety standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Report directly to the Project Manager and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise during the refurbishment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Site Leader in residential refurbishment projects, particularly in occupied homes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards, with relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management.
