About the Role

Nexus Health Limited is seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our team as a First Contact Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients in a primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal (MSK) problems and undifferentiated conditions in a primary care setting.
  • Work independently to establish a rapid and accurate diagnosis and management plan for patients.
  • Provide clinical expertise and make decisions about the best course of action for patients' care.
  • Progress and request investigations to facilitate diagnosis and choice of treatment regime.
  • Develop integrated and tailored care programmes in partnership with patients.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with patients and carers about diagnosis, pathology, prognosis, and treatment choices.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create stronger links for wider MSK services.
Requirements
  • MSc or MSc Module in a relevant field.
  • Experience of working as a Band 8a in an NHS setting.
  • Injection therapy skills.
  • Able to take virtual and face-to-face consultations.
