Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our Physiotherapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient health and recovery.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional and governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Proven experience in a senior physiotherapy role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality clinical care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong manual therapy skills, with the ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
  • Competent IT user, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
