About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Harcourt Gardens, a beautiful care home in a fantastic location. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Your duties will include providing a high standard of care, assisting residents with daily tasks, and supporting them in any way possible. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and attention.

About You

We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, and passionate about people. You will be a good listener and have excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with our residents and their families. You will also be a team player, working well with others to achieve our goals.
