Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop plans to support children and families
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality practice
  • Participate in reflective discussions and peer audit development sessions to continuously improve practice
  • Manage a manageable caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
