Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers across the DACH region to complete product applications.
  • Accurately record details of communication with customers and provide timely support.
  • Contribute to team service improvements and strive to exceed KPI targets to maximize sales.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience in a phone-based role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Interest in technology, specifically SaaS.
  • Ability to work towards targets and SLAs.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £25,000.
  • A realistic OTE of £31,000.
  • An excellent benefits package.

Working Arrangements:

  • Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office in Manchester.
