Secondary Cover Supervisor Job in Portsmouth

We are working closely with a Secondary School in Portsmouth to find a reliable and experienced Cover Supervisor to join their team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a degree and recent experience working in a similar role, with the ability to adapt to covering a range of subjects and manage classroom behavior effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teaching staff by covering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide general support to the school
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to adapt to covering a range of subjects and manage classroom behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
