We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Children's Home Manager at Purosearch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to young individuals in a 5-bed children's home in Northampton.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each child

* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
