We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Deputy Service Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the service manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the service manager in managing the team and the service
- Plan and manage rotas to ensure effective staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
- Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
- NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 3
- Senior Support Worker experience
- Must be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role
- Candidates must be happy to provide personal care
- A competitive salary of £25,293 - £28,413
- A full-time permanent contract with 40 hours per week
- A range of benefits including paid DBS and Social Care Wales registration, opportunity to complete professional qualifications, and dedicated induction programme
