Special Educational Needs Teacher - SEND Hub (Full Time, Permanent)

About the Institution:

This primary educational establishment is on the lookout for a committed educator to become part of their SEND Hub team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team to support learners with special educational needs, spanning from Early Years Foundation Stage to Year 6.
