The Executive Chef plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained across our venues. Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary creativity, manage kitchen staff, and lead the development and implementation of new menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement menus that align with our organization's mission and values, meeting our commercial expectations and achieving our strategic objectives.
  • To ensure the effective management of allergen protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • To identify and report near misses and accidents, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  • To work closely with the Group Catering Manager to document and cost all recipes and ingredients, driving business growth and profitability.
  • To collaborate with the Club House teams, Sales and Marketing to deliver a consistent brand experience across all sites.
  • The ideal candidate should possess:
    • A passion for making a positive impact in the community.
    • An up-to-date knowledge of food trends and culinary best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • A proven track record of managing kitchen staff, menus, and programs that deliver financial forecasts.
    • A firm grasp of food costs, margins, and customer satisfaction.
    • Experience in managing waste and stock loss, as well as producing scalable recipe specifications.
    • A natural ability to coach and develop others, with a creative and process-led approach.
    • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and partner with multiple stakeholders.
    • A commitment to maintaining best practice for food safety, cleanliness, allergen-awareness, and health and safety in the workplace.
