Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Location: Hybrid working model in London - 3 days on-site
We are seeking a highly skilled Vetting Management Administrator to become a vital part of our security team. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in handling sensitive information on a large scale within a multifaceted environment. This role will require close collaboration with a Vetting Management Lead and other security professionals to enhance and oversee security programs and processes for clients in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process security vetting applications and manage aftercare responsibilities.
- Oversee data inputs and outputs from the vetting database.
- Generate management information (MI) reports and disseminate data to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed analysis and interrogation of vetting data.
- Provide necessary information to external stakeholders.
- Regulate access to designated security-controlled areas.
- Assist in the creation of new documentation and processes aimed at enhancing vetting operations.
- Facilitate vetting-related briefings for staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vetting/security clearance management and personnel security.
- Extensive background in processing sensitive data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding prioritization and communication skills.
- Experience working with UK clients is preferred.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Note: Candidates must be based in the UK, as relocation packages or visa sponsorship are not available. A maximum notice period of 1 month is required.
