As a Workshop Controller, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running of our workshop, ensuring high levels of productivity and maintaining a professional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and repair workshop machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
  • Ensure accurate recording and invoicing of work completed.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a clean and secure workshop environment.
