Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception to patients during in-person visits.
  • Address patient questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Our team has successfully managed public health initiatives, fostered collaborations with neighbouring practices, and actively participated in the Covid Vaccination programme. We offer a workplace culture that prioritizes staff well-being, with regular team-building activities, exciting staff outings, and legendary summer and Christmas parties.

Our office is located in the heart of Oxford, next to a beautiful park, and offers free on-site staff parking, a sunny Quad for morning coffees, and regular deliveries of fresh fruit and homemade treats. We operate from 8 am to 6 pm, with a Saturday morning clinic on a rotational basis for all Patient Services Advisors.
