About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FM Consultant to join our team at ARMS Innovations Ltd. As an FM Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients optimize their facilities management services using our innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day project management of commissions to ensure compliant and effective delivery as agreed with clients;
  • Guide and assist clients at every step of project implementation and the ARMS Quality Management System;
  • Design and develop asset contingency strategies;
  • Apply FM industry best practice to all elements of the role;
  • Build strong, professional client relationships and identify and resolve client's issues;
  • Analyse information, select or suggest from various options, and make decisions when parameters are not well-defined and require judicious consideration;
  • Develop skills and share knowledge within the whole consulting practice.

Requirements

  • Familiarisation with asset management software such as CMMS, CAFM or EAM solutions;
  • Ideal degree qualification or equivalent qualification in a related subject or appropriate industry experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operational role or 1 year's experience in a consultancy role;
  • Proficient and experienced in using MS office software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
