Job Summary:

Balfour Beatty Highways is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our A57 Link Road Scheme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing engineering and design management, strong leadership, and control of a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate strong links with other teams within and external to the project to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Support the overall engineering strategy for the business and clients.
  • Engage with the supply chain, clients, designers, and other framework delivery partners to maximize knowledge share and provide efficiencies.
  • Utilize engineering team specialists to provide on-site training for new recruits/site engineers.

Requirements:

  • Degree or HND qualified in Civil Engineering.
  • Holding a valid UK driving license.
  • CSCS/SMSTS.
  • Civils/Highways projects experience.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) with either the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT).
