Civil Engineering Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Contracts Manager to join their team in the North West. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing civil engineering, earthwork, and remediation projects, both as main contractor and sub-contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from a commercial and contractual standpoint, ensuring contracts run to schedule and budget.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource management, material scheduling, and labor forecasting.
  • Lead and motivate site staff to meet project deadlines and targets, promoting a positive client interface.
  • Ensure works are completed to the highest level of quality and in line with company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent).
  • Civil engineering experience, with experience in civils, earthworks, and demolition advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
