Job Summary
Meditalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our client's physiotherapy team in Jersey. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in the outpatient department and/or ward.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to patients with a range of conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers on physiotherapy techniques and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures.
Requirements
- HCPC-registered, chartered physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a hospital setting, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification physiotherapy experience.
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
