About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Manager to join our team at AWE. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications team, you will be responsible for delivering value for money services that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supports diversity within a team, works effectively with individuals of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, abilities, motivations, and backgrounds.
    • Delivers objectives through the team, sets individual objectives, and provides coaching, resources, and feedback to help employees meet these.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensures that account is taken of any relevant statutory or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice.
  • Relationship Management
    • Provides high-quality representation and develops constructive relationships with senior management, external suppliers, competitors, and customers.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Maintains and promotes high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and is a great team player.
    • Reviews and integrates all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provides input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.
    • Encourages teams in the implementation of company/local procedures and systems of work to safeguard people, quality, security, and the environment, including compliance with the requirements of current legislation.
Requirements
  • Experience of Siemens Teamcenter/NX or SAP administration in large environments.
  • Proficiency in Teamcenter/NX/SAP system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Participation in a minimum of 2-3 implementations of Teamcenter/NX/SAP systems.
  • Led the implementation of Teamcenter/NX/SAP systems across multiple technical landscapes.
