About the Role

**Job Summary**

EKFB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team in the Buckingham area. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and construction programmes.
  • Liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.
  • Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
  • Coordinate construction operations, ensuring they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).

**Requirements**

  • HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
  • Extensive experience of working on Structures, Highways, and/or drainage.
  • Hold the following competencies: SMSTS, CSCS White, White/Yellow, Red-Experienced, Black-Manager or Gold-Supervisor.
  • Hold a full driving license.
