The Trainer in Childcare will be the key partner to learners and placement providers. The main duties of the Trainer in Childcare include:
- To carry out learner assessments and observations in Workplace settings using an electronic portfolio.
- To work as part of a wider team and contribute in a positive way to recruitment, standardisation and ongoing improvement in quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in an early-years setting as a Nursery Officer or similar role.
- Qualified in Early Years, L3 or above.
- Hold an Assessor award or be willing to work towards Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and team working.
- Able to work in an organised and methodical manner.
- Good use of IT skills / Google Classroom.
