The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting and developing existing clients across various disciplines in their Marketing Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support and Development: Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Project Management: Take and brief projects, monitor stock levels, arrange quotations, process orders, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal departments and suppliers daily, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Reporting and Invoicing: Create and manage invoices, and perform administrative tasks related to the role.
- Commercial Awareness: Possess good commercial awareness and experience in a client-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Be a confident communicator, both internally and externally.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Have experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
