About the Role

Jobheron, a leading independent Print and Marketing Services business, is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join their team in a full-time, 12-month contract basis.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting and developing existing clients across various disciplines in their Marketing Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support and Development: Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Project Management: Take and brief projects, monitor stock levels, arrange quotations, process orders, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal departments and suppliers daily, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Reporting and Invoicing: Create and manage invoices, and perform administrative tasks related to the role.
Requirements
  • Commercial Awareness: Possess good commercial awareness and experience in a client-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Be a confident communicator, both internally and externally.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
