Your Role as Facilities Engineering Manager
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled engineers and technicians.
  • Oversee the maintenance of site utilities, infrastructure, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Manage daily activities and implement a tiered system for efficient problem resolution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements by the team.
  • Plan and execute engineering projects, managing scopes, schedules, and budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion and alignment with overall business objectives.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, utilities management, and relevant statutory regulations.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other relevant engineering tools.
