About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Architect to join our team at Cloud2 Consult. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our Enterprise IT Finance Architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable enterprise solutions across the business to enhance internal and external experience.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovation in building and improving existing and new systems integrations.
  • Drive and design the technical architecture to help achieve company business objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders from Finance, IT, and internal development teams to deliver successful change projects.
  • Improve and optimize existing finance systems, leveraging expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive, and Accounting Center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that enable scale and future-proof the wider business.
  • Communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, leading workshops and ensuring buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Deliver complex finance change management and transformation projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop teams to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced in architectural principles and project governance.
  • Strong knowledge of finance systems and accounting processes, including P2C, O2C, AP, AR, etc.
  • Accounting qualifications beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead workshops and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful change projects and transformation initiatives.
