Our client, Austin Rose, is a rapidly growing Top 10 firm with a strong focus on client service delivery and team development. They are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources to provide technical and excellent client service delivery during planning and completion of audits.
  • Plan, control and review client work to ensure that the jobs are completed as efficiently and effectively as possible by allocating the resources available.
  • Oversee and review work completed by more junior members of the team.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services that the company can provide to clients and target new clients through networking, marketing and client referrals.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Over 4 years' post-qualified experience
  • Experience in managing a large portfolio of clients
  • Able to manage and develop a team of staff
