About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, helping to create a vibrant and engaging environment for our residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care and support.
