Job Title: RGN General Manager

Job Summary:

Stephen James Consulting is seeking an experienced RGN General Manager to join one of their key clients in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, ensuring high-quality nursing care and residential care services, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines, legislation, and organizational policies.
  • Manage and supervise staff to maximize their potential through leadership, mentoring, example, support, and mentorship.
  • Establish and maintain a care environment based on the values of the provider, prioritizing individual care and mutual respect between residents and staff.

Requirements:

  • Current registered PIN with the NMC (RGN)
  • At least 4 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role within nursing and dementia care
  • Hold Level 4 as a minimum or LMC Level 4 Award Interview Leadership
  • Excellent understanding of the needs of older people and those affected by dementia, with a passion for delivering exceptional care standards
  • Strong experience of managing financial budgets
  • Excellent leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000, depending on experience, and an excellent benefits package.
