Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
- Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Plan and manage project governance, processes, and systems to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar).
- Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
