Project Manager Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Senior to join our team at Prosource. As a Project Manager Senior, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project control procedures to ensure effective project management and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
- Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Project Online.
