Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated clinical nurses to become part of our community rehabilitation facility within the health board. Our ward features a 32-bed single room setup, where we are committed to delivering exceptional nursing care to individuals requiring rehabilitation and complex discharge planning.

We are in search of proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic professionals who exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team is essential to ensure personalized, patient-centered care.

Main Responsibilities

Successful candidates will need to be motivated, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, with a particular interest in acute medical care and specialized palliative care nursing. Our team provides care around the clock, and we can accommodate various working patterns to support our staff's work-life balance. Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet service demands.

As a clinical nurse, you will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, prioritize your workload effectively, delegate tasks appropriately, and take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

You will also be expected to serve as a practice supervisor/assessor, guiding nursing students during their placements and supporting junior members of the nursing team.

While the ability to speak Welsh is desirable, we welcome applications from both English and Welsh speakers.
