About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our community neuro-rehabilitation team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who have complex physical and psychological conditions, including stroke and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of patients, including those with stroke and neurological conditions.
- Perform specialist occupational therapy assessments to provide a diagnosis and develop an individualized treatment program.
- Undertake moving and handling assessments, including complex presentations in the community.
- Plan and carry out realistic treatment programs using evidence-based practice.

Person Specification
