Your Responsibilities
As a Packaging Technician, you will be tasked with operating designated manufacturing machinery and systems to produce products that align with established quality standards and production timelines at the EML Production facility. Your role will also involve ensuring the smooth functioning of all manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and fellow employees, ensuring that all near-miss incidents and accidents are reported according to established protocols.
- Assuring the quality of manufactured products through strict adherence to all operational procedures.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions through continuous improvement and innovative initiatives.
- Upholding Eisai's human healthcare philosophy in daily activities.

What We Seek
The ideal candidate will possess:

Practical experience in manufacturing and packaging settings – Essential. Familiarity with the automation project lifecycle, including design, configuration, implementation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation – Essential. Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) – Desirable. Background in the pharmaceutical sector – Desirable. A growth-oriented mindset focused on professional development. A positive demeanor, emphasizing teamwork, emotional leadership, ownership, discretionary effort, positive energy, and resilience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and proficiency in clear documentation practices.
