We are seeking a skilled Cover Manager to join our team at Northampton Academy. As a Cover Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that classes run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. This will involve managing a team of cover supervisors and undertaking cover supervisor duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of educational principles. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, students, and other staff members.
