About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Kier Group, based in Falmer, East Sussex. As a key member of our Southern Water team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Lead project planners to deliver successful projects that align with Kier Group and Southern Water values.
  • Ensure projects are programmed in P6 to the necessary level of detail for operational teams to deliver and ensure contract compliance.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience within regulated utilities infrastructure or the built environment sector.
  • Chartered Status in a relevant professional body or appropriate professional qualification.
  • Excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness, alongside a deep understanding of Health & Safety Legislation including HSWA and CDM Regulations.
