About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing detailed financial analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of business units, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
