We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Customer Services Administrator to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of our travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of travel industry software and systems
