Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Anderselite LTD for an exciting project. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale construction projects and be adept in National Highways Schemes, particularly with reinforced concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance are maintained on the A63 Underpass project.
  • Supervise site operations, including setting out, site management, and liaison with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Tier 1 companies and National Highways Schemes.
  • Reinforced concrete structures expertise.
  • Site supervision and organization skills.
  • Setting out and surveying skills.
  • Health and safety compliance knowledge.
  • Quality assurance and control skills.
  • Communication and liaison with stakeholders skills.
  • Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and Robotic Total Station or EDM instruments.
  • HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
