Job Title: Senior Real Estate Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Valuer to join our Corporate Lending Team at Together Financial Services Limited.

About the Role

As a Senior Real Estate Valuer, you will be responsible for valuing complex and unusual assets, reviewing lending policy and valuation security, and providing strategic advice on property market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and provide recommendations on valuation reports for new lending opportunities over £1M
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external valuation panel managers and LPA Receivers
  • Provide support and advice on non-panel valuations
  • Support the Group Head of Valuations in providing strategic advice on property market trends
  • Support the Corporate Portfolio team and Loan Servicing division in undertaking retrospective reviews of reports
Requirements
  • RICS qualified
  • Direct experience in property valuation reporting for lending purposes
  • Ability to operate and engage at a senior stakeholder level
  • Excellent organisational, planning and facilitation skills
  • Desire to provide a strong customer service focus
