About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Seasonal Gardening Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering gardening activities to our service users, promoting their wellbeing and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver gardening activities that meet the needs and goals of our service users
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to ensure their goals are met and their wellbeing is improved
  • Provide guidance and support to our clients in a safe and supportive manner
  • Contribute to the development of a fulfilling and fun-filled role that promotes creativity and personal initiative
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of gardening and the ability to impart this knowledge to others
  • Warm and patient disposition, with a genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Proactive and creative approach to work, with a commitment to diversity
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
