Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the home is run efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to achieve the home's objectives and targets.
- Ensure the home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field.
- Experience of working in a children's home or a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
