German Speaking Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent German speaking sales professional to join our team at Euro London Appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to pursue a career in sales with a leading client in Manchester.
This role involves contacting customers across the DACH region to complete their product applications, providing support to customers, and passing on feedback to other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in a phone-based role, and a strong interest in technology, specifically SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers across the DACH region to complete their product applications.
- Record details of communication with customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide support to customers and pass on any feedback to other departments.
- Contribute to team service improvements.
- Strive to exceed KPI targets to maximise sales.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German.
- Experience in a phone-based role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Interest in technology, specifically SaaS.
- Ability to work towards targets and SLAs.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £25,000.
- A realistic OTE of £31,000.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office in Manchester. The working hours are 8am-4pm as you will be contacting customers in the European market.
