About the Role:

Luna Partners is seeking a highly skilled Medical PA to join our team in a newly created role. As a Medical PA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a seamless experience for our high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Manage client interactions, ensuring 5-star service at every stage, from initial contact to follow-up.
  • Booking and Scheduling: Take and manage client bookings, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Client Relations: Maintain outstanding standards in client service and internal relationships, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Administrative Support: Collate client medical reports, book client lunches, hotel rooms, and taxis, and manage referrals with doctors and clients.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the clinical team on projects and support the client relationship team, including managing a staff member.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Interact professionally with high net worth clients, demonstrating a calm and articulate telephone manner and excellent written English.
  • Professional Attitude: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, with a warm and confident approach.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a dedication to outstanding client service and attention to detail, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Medical Experience: Possess medical secretary/administration experience, ideally in private healthcare, with a passion for working in a cutting-edge healthcare environment.

Working Arrangements:

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
